When you opt in, AstraCare may send you text messages related to your inquiry and our in-home care services, including appointment scheduling and coordination, care updates, responses to your questions, and occasional information about our services.
How You Opt In
Users opt in to receive text messages from AstraCare by submitting a form on our website and checking the SMS consent checkbox, confirming their agreement to receive messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of receiving our services.
Consent
You agree to receive text messages from AstraCare only after you provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in by checking the consent box on our web form. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Your consent continues until you opt out.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. AstraCare does not charge for the messages themselves; please contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.
Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received our messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed.

Changes to These Terms
