It depends on your specific insurance policy. An experienced care coordinator can determine what services may be covered by your private health insurance or long-term care insurance on your initial consultation call.
Our goal is to make your accounting and insurance filings easy and stress free. After your initial consultation, our claims department will connect with your insurance company to activate and process the necessary claim forms. Thereafter, we will assist you in processing your weekly claim or process your claim on behalf if you prefer.
No. We can accept an assignment of benefits and process the claim directly with the insurance company.
